About this role

As a Strategy & Analytics Principal in our Customer Intelligence team, you will lead the charge in translating complex customer data into high-impact growth strategies. We are looking for a visionary who embodies our Lead, Deliver, Care values by aiming high with analytical plans, driving excellence through teamwork, and caring about our customers' journey. You will bridge the gap between raw data and commercial opportunities, ensuring we proactively mitigate churn while accelerating new customer activation globally.

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Lead the creation of visionary analytical plans that drive the agendas of global stakeholders and prioritize high-impact insights.
* Analyze complex datasets using Python and Structured Query Language (SQL) to uncover strategic, customer-centric opportunities.
* Influence business strategy by building top-down analytical storylines with clear conclusions and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
* Break organizational silos by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales.
* Provide thought leadership on new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance team efficiency and stay ahead of the competition.
* Drive the delivery of tangible results for strategic topics, such as the global Loyalty Program and customer activation.

What will you bring to the team?

* Proven relevant experience - with a strong preference for a consultancy or strategy background. You have experience in customer analytics, backed up by a Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Econometrics, Mathematics, or Statistics)
* Strategic mindset with a sharp business focus - you prioritize the big picture, you have a relentless focus on tangible impact, and you effortlessly translate business objectives into analytical insights.
* Confidence in leading multiple projects, both from a content and stakeholder perspective - you are highly experienced at leading projects to a success, you have a clear vision on where the business should go next, and you drive the team's delivery on tangible results.
* Strong analytical and technical skills - in addition to leading analytical projects, you will also perform analyses independently. Therefore, you possess in-depth knowledge of relevant tools and technologies, including SQL and Python.
* Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of creating data-driven storylines - you possess the rare talent of turning complex analytical findings into concise and actionable narratives for stakeholders at every level, including the CEO.
* Driven by curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth - you are eager to drive results in a positive, team-oriented project culture. You challenge the status quo, and you are curious to implement new AI technologies to achieve business growth effectively
