What this role is all about

As a Back Office Associate, you will support self-service customers in getting value from our digital products. This is an entry-level role where you'll learn how Back Office, data, and sales work together, while actively helping customers and identifying growth opportunities.

What you'll do
* Support self-service customers by answering questions and resolving day-to-day requests
* Monitor customer interactions to spot risks and basic growth opportunities
* Work with the team to improve the self-service customer experience
* Analyze simple customer data to identify potential sales leads
* Prepare and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team
* Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales on ongoing improvements
