Role: Data Concierge
Core Responsibilities & Purpose:
* Strategic Bridge: Act as the primary contact connecting business stakeholders with technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of incident/support tickets in OPS.
* Translation of Needs: effectively translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for our support engineers to communicate in English including initial incident triaging.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships between non-technical business users and expert technical squads and conduct weekly/monthly SRE meeting across the products.Language Requirements:
* Spanish: Native proficiency is mandatory.
* Portuguese: Preferable not mandate.
* English: Advanced professional working proficiency (implied for corporate communication).Technical & Domain Expertise:
* Cloud Platforms: Demonstrated familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) terminology, architecture, and capabilities.
* Data Visualization: Understanding of Power BI (PBI) workflows and reporting standards.
* Web Applications: Knowledge of web app development lifecycles and user interface concepts.
* Domain Knowledge: Ability to navigate specific business domain terms relative to the beauty or CPG industry (if applicable)
