How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The role of Direct Buyer (Procurement for the whole supply chain of AIR LIQUIDE, including but not limited to spare parts, machines, instruments, raw materials, maintenance services, subcontractors and transport) in Europe consists of responsibly performing the total Procurement Process and implementing the European Procurement Strategies on entity level.

Mission:

* Application of the European procurement strategy at national level and development of a separate strategy for national procurement categories.
* Strategic selection, development, evaluation and optimization of the supplier and product portfolio
* Responsible execution of tenders and supplier negotiations
* Contract management as much as negotiating with the respective contact person through to the conclusion of a legally binding contract
* Maintenance and development of internal relationships, identification of savings opportunities
* Providing monthly reports to track savings and performance
* You like to design processes and contribute with your own ideas

Are you a MATCH?

Profile:

* Purchasing specialist with university diploma or comparable diploma, specialized certificate or completed technical degree with further training in purchasing
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
* Highly target oriented
* Confident and cooperative with suppliers and employees
* Advanced Negotiation skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
* Good knowledge and willingess to learn on AI tools, and application in business
* Business fluent Polish and English skills, spoken and written
* High flexibility, resilience and team-oriented cooperation
