is looking for a candidate for the position of:

Regulatory and Public Affairs Specialist (f/m)

Location: Warsaw/ Katowice / hybrid work

Job Description:

ENGIE is a global leader in the energy transition. We are looking for an experienced professional to join the RAPA team, responsible for monitoring and analysing regulatory developments and supporting the company's positioning in key areas: energy markets, renewable energy (RES), environmental regulation and climate policy. The role combines solid analytical work with selected stakeholder interactions and contribution to internal decision-making.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyse legislative and regulatory developments at national and EU level, assessing their impact on business operations and selected projects

* Support the regulatory reporting process, including coordination of inputs for submissions to URE and relevant ministries

* Prepare analyses, reports and concise regulatory insights for internal stakeholders (management and business teams)

* Contribute to the development of the company's positions in legislative processes, ensuring alignment with ENGIE Group guidelines

* Support coordination of the internal regulatory framework (e.g. regulatory committee)

* Contribute to periodic reporting on regulatory topics for Group purposes

* Maintain working relationships with selected external stakeholders: regulators, industry associations and expert organisations

* Participate (as needed) in meetings with external stakeholders and support representation of the company.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Law, Economics, Energy or related field

* 2-4 years of experience in regulatory/public affairs, consultancy or energy sector

* Good understanding of the Polish energy regulatory framework (including RES and market design)

* Ability to analyse legal and regulatory texts and translate them into business implications

* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities independently

* Good communication and stakeholder management skills

* Fluent English and Polish (min. B2)
