About the job

As a Creative Content Specialist, sitting within the Creative Team Europe, you will act as the main contact for Ecommerce and Loyalty teams, coordinating timely content and copy adaptations. Working with cross functional partners, you'll localize global assets, address content needs aligned with the GTM calendar, and manage product related stakeholder alignment.

Key responsibilities

* Be the key Point of Contact for Ecommerce Team for content and copy adaptation needs
* Be the key Point of Contact for Loyalty team for content and copy adaptation
* Ensures that complete briefs are shared in due time for the above teams
* Works closely with X functional teams to support local adaptation of global assets and identifies and fills any content gaps based on the GTM calendar
* Manages the relationships with different stakeholders for product alignments.
* Strategizes and plans assortment selections in collaboration with the merchandising team well in advance to ensure a perfect understanding of strategies and priorities for both clusters

About you

* 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, appetence for content and e-commerce world.

* Experience working in an international environment

* Fluent in English written and orally. A second European language is a strong plus.

* University degree or equivalent, ideally in communication

* Interest in the fashion/retail space

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

* You enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time

* Demonstrates urgency and flexibility

* Social media savvy and interest in digital media

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a strong plus

This is a hybrid position based in our Warsaw office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected salary range for this role is PLN 96,000 - 127,900 per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
