We're opening a brand-new NIKE store in Gliwice - and we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead it from day one!
You'll be part of the leadership team bringing the NIKE spirit to life in a new location - helping to build the team, shape the culture, drive store performance, and create an inspiring consumer experience from the ground up.

WHAT YOU DO

* Support the opening of our new NIKE store in Gliwice and help build the team from the ground up
* Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium store environment for our consumers
* Support, coach, and develop a diverse team while helping to build a strong and inclusive team culture
* Partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, including budgets, operations, planning, sales targets, service standards, and consumer satisfaction
* Bring NIKE's strategy to life in-store, including membership, digital services, sustainability, and consumer engagement
* Ensure the store operates in line with NIKE standards, policies, and guidelines
* Work closely with other stores, field leadership, and HQ teams to deliver results and share best practices
* Create an environment where every team member feels inspired, supported, and empowered to grow and perform at their best

WHAT YOU BRING

* Previous experience in a management role in store environment
* Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management
* A passion for NIKE, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others to deliver their best
* Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
* Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
* Confidence in using tools to support employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations
