We are hiring for Process & Value Architect. This is SG 10-11.

Purpose of the role:
Process and Value Architect is part of Excellence Deployment capability pillar. It plays a key role in designing integrated process taxonomy for L1 processes, enabling the creation and maintenance of process designs down to L5 level. The incumbent supports building the integrated taxonomy based on design decisions of Business Owners and GPOs, establishes this taxonomy in Signavio BPM Platform, and oversees the governance of changes, fulfilment of attributes, and quality conformance of created process maps with process management standards.

The second aspect of the role is to identify and establish mechanisms to demonstrate measurable business value through process transformation. The incumbent works closely with GBS Process Mining Team to provide requirements for data models and insights that demonstrate such value. The incumbent then works with GPOs and Process teams to enable and train the organization to operationalize the insights and data models to regularly and consistently monitor value realization.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
* Process Architecture & Design: support definition and document TO-BE process taxonomy and integration points, build respective structures in Signavio BPM Platform, enabling the creation and maintenance of process designs down to L5 level, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital capabilities
* Value Case Development: support and contribute to the creation and validation of transformation value cases, drive definiton of requirements and oversee implementation of process mining solutions. Collaborate with GPOs, IT, Finance, Process Excellence and external partners to ensure alignment of process architecture with the value cases, based on benchmarks and measurable KPIs
* Process Design Compliance Monitorin: establish the monitor to ensure quality control over created process maps and their conformance with designed process taxonomy. Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor overall BPM process performance, compliance with standards, and value realization post-deployment
* Stakeholder Alignment & Governance support and contribute to BPM governance activities, such as Process Led Transformation program, GPO forums or Integration forums. Facilitate stakeholder alignment on process taxonomy, ownership, and transformation priorities.
* Technology & Data Integration: collaborate with IT and Digital Excellence teams to ensure process designs are embedded in Signavio system architecture, supported by clean data and established governance
* Enablement & Deployment: support Excellence Deployment team in ongoing work with GPOs and business teams in driving training, change management, and adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring sustainable efforts in organization capability building

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
* End-to-End Process Design & Optimization
* Ability to architect and model process architecture using tools like Signavio BPM. Skilled in identifying inefficiencies, standardization opportunities, and automation potential
* Strong capability to quantify transformation benefits, build value cases, and track realization through KPIs and benchmarks. Experience with top-down and bottom-up value modeling
* Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders (e.g., GPOs, IT, Finance, Operations) around process standards, ownership, and transformation priorities
* Skilled in facilitating workshops and governance forums
Familiarity with digital enablers (e.g., process mining, ERP, AI/ML) and how they integrate into process architecture
* Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable process improvements
* Experience in supporting change management, training, and stakeholder engagement
