Join our Order to Cash team as a Credit Controller!

Role Overview:
As an Order to Cash Specialist, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, overseeing the complete process from start to finish. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead critical activities that will advance your career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with our customers and vendors, serving as the primary financial contact point for our partners
* Contribute to internal reporting for Haleon stakeholders
* Collaborate with supporting departments - Customer Service, Logistics, Sale, Commercial and Tax team
* Exercise financial risk control over your assigned customer portfolio.
* Contribute to targets achievement within cash management, fiscal responsibilities, and compliance.
Your profile
Basic qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with foundational financial knowledge and some experience within to Order to Cash (O2C) area. You might be our perfect match if you have:
* A minimum of 18 months of experience in Order to Cash, Accounting, or Reporting departments.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Basic accounting knowledge.
* Proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
* Competence in the Microsoft environment, particularly MS Excel and MS Teams.
Preferred qualifications:
The following attributes would be advantageous:
* A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics.
* Strong time management skills.
* Understanding of the end-to-end finance process.

* Remuneration: 7 670 PLN - 10 550 PLN gross/month, depending on the level of experience and competences.
