Your responsibilities would include:
* performing daily tasks (depending on assigned role) in alignment with SOPs and company policies (in case of doubts consults more senior team members)
* taking care of reconciliation of open items on vendor's accounts, and reduction of number of open items
* managing and reconciling outstanding, not cleared items on GRIR accounts, to ensure proper clearing
* collaborating with OpCo Users to explain, clarify and reconcile open items
* developing and maintaining successful working relationships with vendors and local OpCo, other teams within the HGSS, audit
* responding to queries, requests and phone calls based on agreed timelines and in a good manner according to Heineken standards,
* raising and responding to requests from OpCo/HGSS departments in alignment with service management processes
* perfoming Period End activities, to ensure that sub-ledger is closed on time and according to policies
* preparing regular reports for OpCo Stakeholders, on volumes and metrics as well as key action owners of open positions
* providing basic reports on request with support of senior members of the team
* staying aware of the KPI/PPI relevant for his/her process
* understanding cross-process interdependence and is aware of common cross-process (PTP, OTC, RTR) issues
* having basic process knowledge of Purchase to Pay including its interdependencies with other processes
* conducting meetings with Stakeholders to propose improvement actions and solutions, sharing best practices based on multiple-OpCo similar issues
* participating in CPI initiatives to improve process or/and systems and tools to enable better communication flow with vendors
* knowing how KPI/PPI are measured and how they relate to their daily tasks and provide more complex reports independently, analyzing them and drawing conclusions
* understanding cross-process interdependence and is aware of common cross-process issues
* participating and preparing materials for further analyses for Supporting functions Analyst.
You are a good match if you have:

strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
* strong and effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills
* very good Excel skills
* engagement and motivation
* attentional to details, quality and controls
* focusing on deadlines, having good organization, multitasking, flexibility
* ability to work under time pressure
* drive for results
* working and prioritizing in an independent way
* E2E process knowledge of Purchase to Pay including its interdependencies with other processes.

* 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
