Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Accounts Payable Accountant
Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

* Process invoices from suppliers and reconcile vendor account balances in a timely and accurate manner

* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, leading to successful long-term business relationships

* Combine process knowledge with proactive improvement initiatives

* Actively manage AP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive actions to meet expected performance levels

* Support AP Seniors, AP Supervisor with ad-hoc tasks

Our requirements:

* Experience in the Accounts Payable area min.1 year

* Proficient in English

* Organizational skills with prioritization and multitasking capabilities

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration

* Standardization and continuous improvement mindset

* Experience working with SAP

Nice to have:

* MS Excel for business purposes

* Analytical skills

* Good command of German

* Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
