As an Enablement Specialist - Sourcing & Procurement, you play a critical role in enabling high-impact sourcing and procurement activities across pursuits, transitions, and ongoing operations. You will be the engine behind efficient vendor engagement, pricing execution, onboarding, and contract administration, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance. Working closely with strategic sourcing teams, GEO Leads, and transition stakeholders, your contribution allows others to focus on value creation and client leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in operational excellence. You will be part of a global Center of Excellence with strong exposure to international stakeholders and systems.

What You'll Do

* Execute RFQ processes end-to-end, including collecting, analysing, benchmarking, and validating vendor pricing, and completing client pricing templates.
* Manage vendor communication during pursuits and transitions, including award and rejection notifications, onboarding guidance, and go-live readiness coordination.
* Support low-risk, low-value negotiations within defined thresholds, escalating appropriately when needed.
* Analyse client contracts to identify supplier requirements and prepare, issue, track, and terminate supplier contracts using approved templates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier contract registers, VTD data, and related transition documentation.
* Coordinate end-to-end supplier onboarding, including Aravo follow-ups, Corrigo invitations, system data uploads, and status tracking.
* Support purchase order processes, supplier setup with finance systems, and provide guidance to suppliers on tool usage.
* Maintain reporting and documentation across Smartsheet, dashboards, pipelines, and sourcing governance materials, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

* Strong capability in sourcing and procurement operations, including RFQs, pricing analysis, and supplier engagement.
* Solid understanding of contract administration, supplier onboarding, and procurement compliance requirements.
* High attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to data and documentation management.
* Confidence working with procurement and workflow tools such as VTD, Aravo, Corrigo, Smartsheet, Jaggaer, or similar platforms.
* Clear, professional communication skills when interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet SLAs, and deliver high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment.
* Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work across global, cross-functional teams.
* Fluency in English, with additional European languages (German and/or French) considered a strong advantage.
