At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support the reduction of fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions. This includes starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives.

What We're Looking For:
* Education: Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
* Experience: Strong background in designing or leading technical projects in the automotive industry, with problem-solving skills
* Problem-Solving Expertise: Proficiency in root cause analysis (D-FMEA) to address design, manufacturing, and quality challenges
* Technical Proficiency:
* Expertise in developing technical specifications and understanding automotive standards (ASPICE/ASIL is a plus.
* Proficiency in 3D modeling using CATIA V5
* Excellent knowledge of technical drawing with GD&T standard
* System Integration: Knowledge of hardware/software development and system engineering
* Language: Fluency in English; German or French proficiency is a bonus

Your Role:
* Design and architect low voltage products, ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements
* Address Critical Challenges: use root cause analysis to solve design issues
* Identify and correct design weaknesses through data-driven analysis
* Act as the technical point of contact for global customers and internal teams
* Mentor team members, review designs, and ensure quality and compliance
* Oversee product testing, analyze performance data, and propose improvements based on root cause findings
* Ensure technical documentation meets high standards of accuracy and compliance
