Będziesz odpowiadać za:

Plan, control and perform all activities related to Service / Product Delivery and Technical Operations according to customer engagements in order to maintain operational integrity and product performance.

* The person in this role will be the first point of contact for the IT team and a key figure responsible for the company's hardware infrastructure.
* Providing support and resolving day-to-day IT issues for staff using office systems.
* Supporting staff in using Google Enterprise applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets).
* Preparing, configuring and issuing equipment (laptops, smartphones, printers, peripherals) to new and existing employees.
* Maintaining accurate records of IT equipment and monitoring its lifecycle (from purchase, through repairs, to disposal).
* Participating in local and global IT projects within the Air Liquide Home Healthcare group.

Idealnie pasujesz jeśli:

* We are looking for someone with a passion for technology who enjoys working with people and is able to patiently explain complex technical issues
* Initial experience in a similar role (Helpdesk, IT Support) or a strong passion for IT backed by practical knowledge - graduates in Computer Science and related fields.
* Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware architecture and the operation of mobile devices (Android/iOS).
* Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software and local area networks (basic LAN/Wi-Fi).
* Excellent interpersonal skills, commitment, communication skills, patience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of English (B1/B2 level) enabling you to read technical documentation and communicate with the global IT team.
* Knowledge of Google Workspace would be an advantage
