The Manager, Business Logic Engineering reports to the Sr. Director, Software Engineering & Build Services and leads a global team within Enterprise Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of business logic engineers delivering business logic solutions, enhancements, and platform extensions while driving engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, and peer reviews.
* Enable Agile and CI/CD delivery practices, ensuring quality gates, traceability, version control, documentation, and audit-ready SDLC compliance.
* Partner with Architecture, Analysis & Design, Release Management, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, supportable solutions and ensure deployment readiness and operational stability.
* Ensure engineering solutions remain maintainable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards and operational requirements.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
* Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices, including Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, SDLC governance, traceability, and audit-ready delivery.
* Experience working in regulated environments (GxP/CSV, SOX) and using enterprise development toolchains, source control, and change management processes.
Nice to Have
* Experience delivering customizations and extensions on vendor-supported enterprise platforms.
* Experience with engineering quality metrics and test automation strategies.

* Up to 10% travel, including occasional international travel.
