Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Delivery Manager to support strategic travel sellers across Europe, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and traditional agencies. You´ll manage the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, including payment solutions, web services, and airline NDC integrations. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will ensure successful project execution, strong operational relationships, and high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex projects, managing stakeholders, and working in a dynamic travel technology environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of multiple customer projects for strategic accounts;
* Coordinate implementations such as payment solutions, APIs/web services, and NDC integrations;
* Act as the main delivery contact from implementation through post-go-live support;
* Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Delivery teams;
* Manage timelines, scope, risks, escalations, and resource coordination;
* Maintain strong relationships with customer business and IT stakeholders;
* Provide regular project updates, reporting, and executive summaries;
* Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and customer experience;

About the Ideal Candidate
* Experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Consulting, or similar customer-facing roles;
* Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;
* Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively;
* Experience in the travel industry is highly valued;
* Knowledge of APIs, payments, web services, or digital integrations is a plus;
* Comfortable working across cross-functional and international teams;
* Strong problem-solving mindset with solid project delivery practices.
