For our Business Unit in Poland (Warsaw), we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and international environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities in cooperation with warehouse operations;
* Monitor shipments and assist in ensuring timely deliveries;
* Prepare and maintain logistics, warehouse, and transportation documentation;
* Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and logistics providers;
* Track deliveries and support the resolution of transportation issues;
* Assist in monitoring inventory levels and investigating stock discrepancies;
* Support inventory counts and reconciliation activities;
* Prepare logistics reports and assist in monitoring KPIs;
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the logistics and supply chain function;
* Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient logistics operations;
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field;
* Has 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or transportation (internships and apprenticeships are welcome);
* Has a good command of English, both written and spoken;
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of ERP or WMS systems is considered a plus;
* Has a basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, with knowledge of shipping documentation considered an advantage;
* Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset;
* Is proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
