The Opportunity

Are you passionate about creating seamless digital value adds for small and medium merchants? As a Product Manager at Worldline, you will take part in shaping our value added services portfolio to enhance a merchant's experience with our core products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams on an international level to drive product enhancements, gather stakeholder insights, and ensure our platform remains the preferred choice for SMB clients. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to shape digital payments infrastructure, acquire comprehensive product management experience, and make a tangible impact on our merchant ecosystem.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

* Define product positioning: value proposition, differentiating factors, pricing structure / guidelines and sales incentives and/or targets, addressable segments, inputs for marketing pitch / Basic Product pitch.

* Identify and interact with all stakeholders, in particular Go-to-Market teams, engineering, architecture, legal and compliance.

* Launch new products in multiple countries, ready for sale, that foster profitable growth.

* Get/use input from the Go to Market (i.e.marketing, sales, strategy, partnerships teams, verticals), and other internal/external stakeholders (i.e. commercial acquiring, digital services, customer services, operations, compliance, legal).

* Prioritize the backlog and manage the lifecycle based on stakeholder feeback.

* Build the business case for your product and track P&L to ensure profitability.

* Launch and manage RFPs to find the right external partners to enhance our value added product portfolio.

* Good understanding of the cashless payment ecosystem in both e-commerce and in-store.

* Strong analytical skills, able to effectively process and structure large amounts of information.

* Used to work remote with international team members.

* Knowledge of English and Polish at very good level.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels in the organization, including senior management.
