Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure the compliant and lawful management of controlled medicinal products within the Pharmaceutical Wholesale operation. The position is responsible for the execution and oversight of activities defined in operational procedures, ensuring that the Pharmaceutical Wholesaler operates in full compliance with the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction, relevant implementing regulations, and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements, while supporting and maintaining the quality management system in this area.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction, implementing regulations, and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
* Oversee the handling, storage, and distribution of controlled products in line with approved procedures.
* Support the Responsible Person in:
* customer and supplier qualification and product quality reviews
* management of quality-related events within the Quality Management System (QMS), including investigations and CAPA oversight
* complaints management.
* Participate in the development and updating of internal procedures and instructions.
* Deliver training and ensure staff awareness of regulatory and quality procedures requirements.
* Represent the company in interactions with regulatory and supervisory authorities.
* Cooperate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
* University degree - Master of Pharmacy.
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a pharmacist (pharmacy or pharmaceutical wholesaler).
* Experience working with quality systems.
* Experience in a pharmaceutical wholesaler is an asset.
* Knowledge of legal regulations concerning controlled products and GDP requirements.
* Knowledge of CAPA processes, quality incidents, and regulatory inspections.
* Ability to make independent decisions and think analytically.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Very good command of Polish.
* At least communicative knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian.
* Intermediate level of English.

* Remuneration: 10500-14400 gross/month, depending on the level of experience and competences.
