In 2023 the LSEG Customer Connect (LCC) team expands its footprint in Gdynia and opens new Account Management positions to maintain deep customer relationships to drive account revenue retention and growth.
We are looking for a Manager to co-build the Gdynia LCC Account Management hub and lead a diversified team of Account Managers and Junior Account Managers who will handle their defined book of business aligned by customer segment.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead and develop the team: hiring, onboarding, sales and solution training, continuous learning, mentoring, career development and support of account transfers to the hub)
* Optimize territory strategy to drive retention and sales efficiency
* Drive pipeline hygiene, accurate pipeline management and sales & cancel forecasting
* Encourages and supports building effective collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Proposition Sales Specialists, Implementation Relationship Managers, Program Managers,
* Build a sense of belonging by taking part in/coordinating onsite events and trainings to (joining People Leader Forum).
* Report progress, flag risks and share ideas for improved execution planning with the Senior Manager of the hub.
What do you need to bring?
* Self-motivation, decisiveness, thought leadership & resourceful approach
* Thrives in People Leadership (talent acquisition and development, driving empowerment, support and feedback),
* Experience or strong sense for account management, sales, marketing, or similar, relationship-based roles in a customer supporting environment
* Ability to spot customer trends and strategies, connect to LSEG strategies and articulate how we can help the client
* Forecasting competencies (budgeting, target setting, analysis, accuracy and good judgement)
* Shown comprehension of the financial services industry,
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
* Experience with Northern Europe market

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł163,500 - zł272,500. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan, aligned with the company policy. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
