Junior Customer Service Specialist with German

What you'll do:
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
* Contribute to delivering a high-quality, customer-centric experience
* Grow your skills through Alcon's training and development programs
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in daily tasks through strong attention to detail

What we're looking for
* Very good German (spoken and written)
* Good English skills
* Customer-centric mindset with strong communication abilities
* Attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality work
* Learning agility and openness to developing new skills
* High level of engagement in daily responsibilities
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus
* Motivation to grow within a global healthcare company
