The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
The Real Estate M&A team supports investors, corporates, developers, and real estate funds across the full lifecycle of property-related transactions. The team combines financial expertise, deep market knowledge, and strong execution capabilities to advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, financing, and strategic portfolio management. This includes performing detailed financial modelling and valuations, coordinating due diligence processes, assessing risks and opportunities, and providing strategic insights to help clients maximize the value of their real estate investments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct financial analysis and valuation of real estate assets and portfolios, including cash flow modelling and return assessments.
* Support the execution of buy side and sell side M&A transactions, including preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation.
* Coordinate and review due diligence workstreams (financial, commercial, legal, technical) to identify risks and value drivers.
* Prepare client deliverables such as investment memoranda, pitch decks, market analyses, and strategic recommendations.
* Monitor real estate market trends, investment activity, and sector dynamics to support client decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and high quality client service.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Investment Banking, Consulting, or similar analytical roles.
* Full professional proficiency in English.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to work with financial models and large datasets.
* High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem solving mindset.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work in fast paced, transaction driven environments.
* Immediate availability to work on site at the Lisbon office.
