What will be your responsibilities:
* Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
* Support system architecture activities in the design of Cloud infrastructure
* Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible
* Optimize containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
* Monitor, troubleshoot and enhance the reliability, scalability and security of cloud infrastructure
* Work closely with development and operations teams to optimize performance and streamline workflows
* Manage and maintain cloud-based environments, ensuring cost-effective scaling
* Implement logging, monitoring and alerting solutions (ex. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for system health analysis
* Enhance system security, implementing best practices for access control, encryption and compliance
* Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve system resilience
* Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and methodologies to improve efficiency

Profile and requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE or in a similar role
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (ex. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
* Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
* Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and cloud-native services
* Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation
* Strong understanding of Linux system administration and shell scripting
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki)
* Familiarity with networking, security best practices and access management
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English, with proven fluency at the C2 level in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with serverless architectures and cloud automation
* Exposure to high-availability and fault-tolerant system designs
