MISSION:

* Participate in the execution of engineering projects, such as creating new production lines, setting up new factories, and implementing modifications, among others.
* Supervise and coordinate the implementation of the assigned engineering projects, ensuring proper execution in terms of cost and schedule, and participating in their design.
* Manage the contracting of companies for assembly and installation works, and coordinate the activities of the different equipment supplier companies.
* Carry out the purchasing of assembly materials and others, participating in their procurement and contracting processes.
* Supervise the safety of personnel and facilities during assembly and installation activities.
* Perform, in accordance with the instructions of the manager, maintenance support tasks and participate in training factory teams on the use of machinery, maintenance, etc.
* Prepare machinery specifications for requesting quotations from suppliers, analyze the proposals received, and develop comparative evaluation reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

Industrial Engineering degree (Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical).
Knowledge of automation and PLC programming.
Minimum 3 years in a similar position of responsibility.
English Level B2

Experience in:
* Installation and commissioning of equipment and/or production lines.
* Industrial maintenance.
* Industrial automation.
* Industrial safety.
* Legal and regulatory requirements.
* Corporate compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Control and execution of capital investments.
* Ensure compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements.
* Manage the contracting of companies for assembly and installation works and coordinate external contractors.
* Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
* Design equipment and production lines.
* Provide support to maintenance managers.
