Job Summary
We are looking for Network Engineers across different levels of seniority to join our Infrastructure team. This role provides operational support, working closely with senior engineers to ensure stable network operations through disciplined execution of runbooks, proactive monitoring, and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications
* Experience in NOC or network support roles
* Operational maturity level 2 or higher (procedural / guided support)
* Experience handling incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow
* Basic network diagnostics knowledge across WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and security domains
* Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, or Grafana
* Experience using documentation and knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence)
* Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Technician (CCT), or ITIL Foundation
Responsibilities
* Monitor alerts and events and perform initial triage of incidents
* Open, update, and manage tickets in ServiceNow following defined workflows
* Execute standard operational tasks according to runbooks and documented procedures
* Perform basic connectivity checks and guided troubleshooting activities
* Escalate non-standard or complex issues to Network Engineers or Senior Engineers
* Maintain accurate and high-quality operational records, including ticket updates and execution notes
* Support IMAC and routine operational activities
* Assist with failover testing and monitoring in data center and cloud interconnect environments
Nice to Have
* Exposure to DC and cloud connectivity environments
* Experience supporting structured knowledge transfer processes
* Familiarity with ITIL-based operational models
* Previous experience working in regulated or tender-based service environments
