Your mission will be…
You will be the trusted contact for our Project Managers, ensuring their customers receive the right materials at the right time at the right place and that every order flows seamlessly from placement to delivery. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, business growth, and Siemens's reputation for reliability and excellence.
Day-to-day, you'll:
* Be in contact with a group of Project Managers and coordinate their orders and related logistics with precision and care
* Book sales orders within our ERP system (SAP) accurately and efficiently
* Monitor "work in progress" orders and deliveries, anticipating and preventing delays
* Clarify order discrepancies with business units and customers - solving problems before they escalate
* Act as the primary interface between Project Managers, warehouses, and the finance team.
* Manage questions and inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness
* Ensure exceptional communication quality, building trust and satisfaction with every interaction

We are looking for someone with…
* Fluency in English and Italian at C2 level, able to communicate freely with all relevant stakeholders and represent Siemens professionally in every interaction
* Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage orders, track communications, and organize data efficiently across multiple accounts and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy-reworking erroneous orders is possible but time-consuming, so you take pride in getting it right the first time
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously, keeping complex projects on track even under pressure
* You grasp how orders move through systems and anticipate what could go wrong at each stage, enabling you to prevent problems before they escalate
* You don't just report issues-you analyze root causes and coordinate across teams to resolve them, turning obstacles into opportunities
* You explain complex situations clearly (both in writing and verbally) and maintain trust with project managers and other colleagues.
* You genuinely enjoy solving customer problems and representing Siemens with integrity, understanding that every interaction either builds or breaks customer relationships
* You work seamlessly with all internal stakeholders - you never say "that's not my job" because you understand order management is a team sport
* You propose process improvements, embrace new tools, methods (e.g. Lean/Agile), and Artificial Intelligence, and actively look for ways to strengthen order management and support organizational growth
