About this position

What you´ll do

* Support brand positioning to support the implementation of the BU value proposition
* Help to develop strategies to ensure consistent customer experience
* Help with managing brand architecture in terms of nomenclature, book-values etc.
* Support to implement brand guidelines to ensure consistency in look and feel
* Analyzes brand health indicators
* Organizes market research and develops plans to address deviations in brand structure
* Support with development and implementation concrete action plans to mitigate deviations
* Supports global brand strategy and steers brand portfolio as well as trademark strategy
* Supports marketing team in developing product/concept communication materials to position Henkel BU across all Customer Touch points
* Supports and leads branding guideline for digital strategy
* Implement systematic approaches and programs to identify and map Consumer Journey generating long-term innovation ideas with technical functions

What makes you a good fit

* Degree in Economics or Management
* Very good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of Spanish
* Excellent computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Good analytical and creative skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to work in a team
* Internships, summer part-time work, as well as international experience would be an advantage.
