About the role
The Pharmacy Sales Activation Specialist will focus on sales activations and identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling sales opportunities within customers across the North of Portugal area.
This role is pivotal in building negotiation capabilities and executing strategies to maximize sales, market share, and visibility results.
The specialist will apply all business rules with integrity to increase completion rates and document and share best practices within the team, offering suggestions for improvement. Additionally, the role involves delivering insights for the Pharmacy Key Account Managers (PH KAMs), enabling them to focus their time on business development and customer-facing activities.
Main Reponsibilities
* Implement annual customer plans and ensure regular monitoring of its execution.
* Develop credible relationships that lead to win-win agreements, ensuring Haleon's strategy is implemented.
* Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling sales opportunities within customers.
* Build negotiation capabilities and execute strategies to maximize sales, market share, and visibility results.
* Monitor MSL and Innovation pack and ensure that the visibility targets are achieved Apply all business rules with integrity to increase completion rates.
* Gain agreement on annual activation plan and monitor the brilliant execution.
* Document and share best practices within the team and offer suggestions for improvement.
* Deliver insights for the Pharmacy Key Account Managers (PH KAMs) to support their business development and customer-facing activities.
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
* English & Portuguese languages
