HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to join in our team with base in BOSS Vilamoura 36Hours per week.
We´re looking for great sellers with experience in retail sector with very positive attitude and motivation to be part or our staff.
* Temporary Six-month contract.
* English level B2-C1.
* Native Portuguese level.
* Inmediate incorporation.
* Rotating schedule.
* Portuguese residence card.

What you can expect:

* Prestar níveis excelentes de atendimento ao cliente e superar as expectativas dos clientes em todas as oportunidades.
* Maximizar todas as oportunidades de venda para alcançar as metas de vendas da loja e individuais, bem como os indicadores de KPI.
* Identificar as necessidades do cliente e responder a todas as perguntas relacionadas aos produtos. Ser capaz de responder a questões sobre preço, localização, características, benefícios e utilização dos artigos HUGO BOSS.
* Garantir que todas as encomendas e alterações dos clientes sejam concluídas de forma eficiente e dentro do prazo.
* Otimizar o conhecimento de produto da melhor forma possível ao recomendar e chamar a atenção dos clientes para os artigos, a fim de maximizar as oportunidades de venda.

Your profile:

* Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment
* Willing to adapt and take on new challenges
* Always presents a professional image
* Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
* Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances
* Fuent english or/and fluent chinesse
