HUGO BOSS is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the HUGO Outlet Freeport, located at Av. Euro 2004, Loja B16, 2890-154 Alcochete, Portugal.

* Full-time position: 40 hours per week.

What you can expect:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the commercial success of the store.
* Provide outstanding customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.
* Maximize every sales opportunity, contributing to the achievement of both individual and store sales targets, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Identify customer needs and confidently respond to all product-related inquiries, including pricing, features, benefits, availability, and usage of HUGO BOSS products.
* Ensure that all customer orders and alteration requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and within agreed timelines.
* Utilize in-depth product knowledge to make personalized recommendations, attract customer interest, and maximize sales opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty and creating memorable brand experiences.
* Support the visual presentation and overall appearance of the store, ensuring that HUGO BOSS standards are consistently maintained.
* Stay up to date with seasonal collections, product launches, and brand initiatives to provide expert advice and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
* Work closely with colleagues to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive, dynamic, and results-driven team environment.

Your profile:

* Demonstrated experience in retail sales, preferably within a premium or luxury brand environment.
* Native Portuguese speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working with El Corte Inglés (ECI) will be highly valued.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
* Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
* Ability and willingness to adapt to new challenges and thrive in a dynamic and demanding retail environment.
* Consistently maintains a professional image, representing the brand to the highest standards.
* Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and evolving business needs.
* Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Maintains professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude under all circumstances.
