What you'll be doing:As a Global Innovation Planner, you'll play a key role in bringing exciting new products to life. You'll support the delivery of our category and brand innovation plans, working closely with internal teams and external partners across multiple markets. From managing product briefs and coordinating samples to maintaining essential tools and reports, you'll ensure projects run smoothly and on time. You'll also contribute to shaping innovation strategies and help turn creative ideas into successful launches.

Key responsibilities:
* Managing innovation financial KPIs and tracking project progress.
* Coordinating input from markets and maintaining trend trackers and competitor overviews.
* Supporting ideation and concept development for new products.
* Handling documentation, systems, and sample management for innovation projects.
* Leading smaller projects to build expertise in new product development (NPD).
* Collaborating with global teams to optimize annual planning and innovation cadence.

What we're looking for:
* Preferred degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
* Confidence in communicating and presenting to stakeholders.
* Fluency in English and a passion for beauty innovation.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
