Position Summary
You will lead treasury deployment activities, ensuring smooth delivery of treasury systems and processes across the organisation. You will work closely with treasury, finance, IT and external partners to design, test and deploy solutions. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
* Lead end-to-end deployment of treasury systems and related process changes, from design to go-live and post-implementation support.
* Partner with treasury, finance, IT and external vendors to define requirements, manage timelines and ensure quality delivery.
* Coordinate testing activities with relationship banks to validate Treasury systems and processes, ensuring they meet operational requirements under S4HANA.
* Drive clear communication and feedback loops between Treasury, relationship banks, and project teams during testing phases.
* Update and maintain S/4HANA Treasury process documentation for Build and Deployment activities and ensure documents are accessible to stakeholders
* Develop clear user documentation, training materials and run-change activities to support adoption.
* Monitor deployment progress, report risks and issues, and recommend mitigation actions to senior stakeholders.
* Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and proposing enhancements to processes and controls.

Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
* ACT Qualification or Professional Accountancy Qualification or equivalent Banking qualification.
* Significant experience of ERP, Treasury Management Systems and Processes that support treasury operations, dealing, funding and hedging activities
* Communication with and influencing of internal and external stakeholders to drive and implement system and process changes
* Experience in assessment of risks and implementation of the required control environments
* Leading and working in multi-disciplinary teams

Working Model and Location
This role is based in the United Kingdom. The working model is hybrid, with a blend of office and remote work. Attendance at the office will be required for key meetings, workshops and go-live activities.
