In this role, you will support the Siemens Healthineers range of Blood Sciences laboratory diagnostics solutions. You will be required to troubleshoot and rectify applications issues, train customers, update software, launch new products and ensure that systems operate effectively, driving customer satisfaction and full resolution of queries.

This is a Field Based role and requires a high level of willingness and flexibility for travel to customer sites throughout United Kingdom (but in particular Crewe/Stoke-on-Trent & North East Middleborough/Darlington) for which a full UK driving licence is required
