In the Manufacturing team at JLR's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you'll help power iconic electric cars. As a Quality Process Engineer, you'll play a critical role in supporting manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and drive sustained improvement across production. Working cross-functionally, you'll lead problem solving from root cause to robust countermeasure, ensuring quality issues are fixed once and for all.

This is a key role within the EDU Quality Operations leadership team, offering variety, challenge and the opportunity to grow as plant quality capability matures.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In this role, you will drive quality excellence within manufacturing. Here's what to expect:

* Act as the primary quality interface for warranty, customer concerns and internal quality issues

* Lead robust problem-solving activity, coaching teams to identify root cause and implement effective countermeasures

* Drive continuous improvement across production, including warranty performance, plant pulls and machining capability

* Own the development of warranty tear-down activity, improving efficiency and feeding learnings into central quality

* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scorecard targets and strengthen quality processes

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

* Strong experience in manufacturing or engineering processes, tools and techniques

* Proven ability to lead teams through complex problem solving and corrective actions

* Confidence creating and driving clear action plans in fast-paced environments

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

* A flexible, proactive mindset suited to a demanding operational role
