Global Payroll Manager

We're looking for a Global Payroll Operations Manager to lead a team of payroll analysts and oversee end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries. In this role, you'll provide leadership, ensure compliance, and contribute to global payroll initiatives-including automation, risk management, and process improvement.

This role will work in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
* Lead and manage payroll operations for multiple countries using ADP GlobalView
* Provide day-to-day guidance to a team of Global Payroll Analysts
* Support internal and external audits, ensuring governance and compliance
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline and improve central processes (e.g. Share Plans, Commissions, Salary Reviews)
* Maintain up-to-date payroll documentation in Confluence and enforce governance models
* Contribute to global payroll initiatives including automation, internal controls, and data retention
* Manage vendor relationships, including ADP MyView portal administration, ticketing, and user access audits
* Oversee payroll-related purchase orders and invoicing
* Support business continuity planning for the payroll function
* Act as a proxy for the Global Payroll Transformation Manager and other Payroll Managers when needed

What You'll Bring:
* 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience
* Experience using ADP (GlobalView preferred) and/or SAP Payroll
* Strong knowledge of payroll governance, compliance, and best practices
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and automation platforms
* Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
* Leadership experience
* Project or performance management experience (desirable)
* Knowledge of time & attendance systems (e.g. Kronos) and ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
* Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and tools
