You'll be responsible for:

* Managing the implementation and delivery of a range of risk services to designated project(s) within the PMO and planning centre of excellence.
* Driving effective risk management, ensuring frameworks and strategies are implemented across commissions.
* Building strong client relationships and deliver clear, actionable risk insights.
* Supporting team performance through coaching, technical development, and collaboration.
* Ensuring compliance with Mace standards, client requirements, and legislation in all activities.
* Facilitating risk workshops and deliver robust mitigation plans with clear ownership.
* Providing quantitative risk analysis and monthly reporting to clients and project teams.
* Integrating risk management with PMO and planning disciplines for seamless delivery.
* Championing sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives throughout project execution.

You'll need to have:

* Degree in risk management, engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
* Progress toward chartered status or membership of a relevant professional body.
* Experience delivering risk management services on complex construction projects.
* Proficient in risk tools, techniques, and stakeholder engagement across sectors.
