Job overview: We're seeking an organised, confident and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative and business support to Executives and Senior Managers. The role will involve a variety of admin-based tasks, largely on a reactive basis, which includes diary management, travel, invoicing, expenses and people systems. The role will be part of a PA network supporting a specific Business Unit. Key responsibilities: Reactive management of Senior Leaders' and Executives' diaries, ensuring alignment on agreed priorities. Supporting efficient time management, to enable prioritisation and allowing leaders to concentrate on value adding and strategic activity. Organise business travel (light). Processing and submitting invoices for payment, ensuring expenses are within budget, and maintaining accurate records. Relationship management with all Senior Leaders' direct reports and stakeholders. Build effective partnerships and relationships with other PAs and teams across the business. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Some ad hoc travel into London may be required. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. Working hours & shift pattern: You'll work full time, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. Your skills & experience: Previous experience providing PA support is essential. Strong organisation and prioritisation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to be flexible and adaptable. Ability to multi-task whilst working in a fast-paced environment. A professional approach, maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Teams), Workday, Coupa and Concur. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
