Description du poste

The Marketing Manager- Go-To-Market (Activation) is responsible for owning the go-to-market activation strategy and delivery for a high-end cosmetic brand across all routes to market, including B2B and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC).

This role sits at the heart of marketing execution, translating product and brand strategy into high-impact launches, campaigns and activation moments across retail, digital, experiential and communications channels. The role ensures that marketing plans land in market on time, on brand, and with excellence, working in close partnership with Product Marketing, Commercial, DTC, Creative, PR and Operations teams.

The role is highly delivery-focused, requiring strong project leadership, cross-functional coordination and the ability to operate at pace in a premium, international brand environment.

Key responsibilities:

Go-to-market strategy & activation
* Own the go-to-market activation approach seasonal campaigns and key brand and trade initiatives across B2B and DTC.
* Translate product and brand strategy into clear activation plans, timelines and delivery roadmaps.
* Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of campaigns across retail, digital, experiential and communications touchpoints.

Seasonal and Channel-Specific Campaign & launch delivery
* Lead the planning and delivery of key seasonal campaigns (including Christmas and Summer) and channel-specific activations, ensuring timely, on-brand execution across markets.
* Act as the central project owner for seasonal and channel-specific launches and campaigns, coordinating activity across Creative, Digital, DTC, Education and Operations teams.
* Lead close collaboration with PR agencies to support campaign execution, including coordinating press activity, events, pop-ups and aligned social content, ensuring consistency with the overall campaign narrative.
* Manage external agencies, freelancers and production partners to deliver assets on time and within agreed budgets.
* Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges early, proactively resolving issues to maintain momentum.

Retail, experiential & activation execution
* Own the "Art of Gifting" across the brand, defining and leading the gifting strategy including key occasions, creative direction and overall approach, ensuring gifting activity aligns with brand values, campaign objectives and seasonal priorities.
* Lead the marketing activation of retail, experiential and brand moments, including pop-ups, events and campaign launches.
* Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure marketing activation supports sales priorities, collaborating on the development and execution of Joint Business Plans, while maintaining clear role boundaries.
* Support and coordinate field execution for key activation moments, working alongside Commercial and Operations teams where ownership sits elsewhere.
* Travel to market (UK and Europe) to monitor in-store execution for key projects such as pop ups, podiums, alongside shop fitters/agencies
* Partner closely with DTC and Digital teams to ensure go-to-market plans are effectively activated across owned channels.
* Ensure campaign timing, messaging and assets are aligned across retail and direct-to-consumer environments.
* Manage external partners to deliver the design, renderings and production of point-of-sale materials (POSM) and visual merchandising updates (including glorifiers and L-boards), as well as supporting other activation projects such as new door openings and pop-ups.

Cross-functional collaboration
* Serve as a key interface between Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial, DTC, Creative, PR, Education and Operations teams.
* Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables and execution expectations.
* Feed learnings from market execution back into future campaign planning and activation approaches.

Performance & optimisation
* Support post-campaign reviews and performance analysis, identifying opportunities to improve future go-to-market execution.
* Stay close to emerging trends in retail, experiential and activation marketing within the luxury beauty space.

Profil recherché

Experience & background

* Significant experience (4/5 years minimum) in go-to-market, activation, trade or campaign marketing within luxury beauty, skincare or a premium consumer brand.
* Proven track record delivering complex launches and campaigns across retail and digital environments.
* Experience working within international brand structures, activating global strategies at market level.
* Hands-on experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

* Excellent project management and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of retail activation, experiential marketing and campaign delivery.
* Confident communicator, able to align and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
