Come build the future of intelligent UX at the intersection of AI, modern web development, and user experience. Our team is responsible for advancing the Fluent UI React library - the foundational UX components that power Microsoft 365 experiences like Office, Teams, Outlook, and Copilot.

We're expanding our mission to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and intelligent systems into the development lifecycle, enabling all our users to build smarter, adaptive, and more efficient user interfaces. We're looking for a Software Engineer - Fluent Hub team, Office Product Group with strong technical depth in AI-driven systems, and ideally some experience with React, to help us push the boundaries of generative UI / UX and developer productivity.

* Contribute to the evolution of our LLM-powered Fluent knowledge base, designed to unify all documentation into a single, graph-driven source of truth. This system powers multiple endpoints, including REST APIs and MCP, and enables engineers, designers, and product managers to easily generate code, explore Fluent capabilities, and perform generative UI/UX tasks with confidence.
* Design and implement evaluation pipelines for model performance, including dataset creation and metrics tracking.
* Explore generative UX opportunities by translating research into practical, user-facing solutions.
* Participate in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and architecture experimentation.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of React-based components and libraries used across M365.
* Foster a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative team culture across disciplines

Requisiti del candidato:

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
* OR equivalent experience.
* Ability to work across disciplines and communicate effectively with design, product, and research teams.
This role is based in Czech Republic and has a work site flexibility of up to 2 days work from home. If applying, please consider that you may be required to relocate to meet the requirements of this role.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven software engineering skills with experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent systems, and proficiency in Python for building and evaluating model-driven solutions.
* Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering.

* Proficiency in React or willingness to ramp up quickly.
