The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver digital content production projects at scale. This role sits at the heart of our production hub, managing high-volume, multi-market content delivery across digital channels, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency from briefing through to final delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, content, QA) and work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end management of digital content production projects (campaigns, roll-outs, always-on content)
* Manage high-volume production workflows across multiple formats and markets
* Build and maintain detailed project timelines, scopes, and budgets
* Coordinate internal teams (designers, developers, content creators, QA) and external partners
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and clients
* Oversee production planning, batching, and resource allocation
* Ensure on-time delivery and budget control across all projects
* Maintain quality standards, consistency, and compliance across assets
* Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation plans
* Drive process improvements to optimize delivery at scale

Qualifications / Experience
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital content production or a production environment
* Strong experience managing high-volume or large-scale content production
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple parallel workflows
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
* Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and quality standards
* Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
* French is a strong plus

Nice to Have
* Experience in agency or global content production hubs
* Familiarity with modular / template-based production workflows
* Experience with project management tools (e.g. Workfront, Jira, etc.)
* Experience managing multi-market or localized campaigns
