The opportunity
Join Our Deals Team - Consultant, Transaction Services (PwC Romania)
Are you ready to make an impact in the world of Deals? At PwC Romania, we help clients navigate complex transactions and create sustainable value. We're looking for a Consultant to join our Transaction Services team, specializing in financial due diligence and connected services.

What you will be doing:
* Analyze financial statements and key metrics (EBITDA, Net Working Capital, Net Debt).
* Prepare sections of the financial due diligence reports (buyside-sell-side) and deliver insights to clients.
* Collaborate with tax, legal, and other PwC teams for integrated solutions.
* Research industries and companies to support high-profile transactions.

What we need from you:
* 2-5 years of experience in financial audit, finance or accounting.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Solid knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (IFRS is a plus).
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Advanced Excel skills; Power BI / Alteryx / GenAI tools are a plus.
* ACCA student status is an advantage.
