Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest, or Brasov.

How you'll make an impact:
* Perform weekly manual payments, including preparation, validation, and follow-up activities to ensure timely and accurate processing;
* Manage salary transfers to personal accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payment instructions;
* Process and monitor anniversary-related payments in line with company policies;
* Administer and validate service time-related payments;
* Ensure all payroll accounting entries are accurate and properly recorded in the system;
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments and payroll postings;
* Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams to ensure data consistency;
* Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.

Skills that make your work successful:
* Good command of German and English;
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
* Experience in payroll accounting or financial operations within HR/payroll functions;
* Strong understanding of payroll processes and accounting principles;
* Proficiency in payroll and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday);
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reconciliation;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating payment discrepancies;
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
