Job Description:

* Technical leadership of electric drive development activities, including coordination with Tier-1 suppliers
* Definition, coordination, and management of system and sub-system requirements for EDS (Electric Drive System)
* Development of software architecture and support for system integration, configuration, and diagnostics
* Mechanical design of EDS housings and driveshafts using NX
* Support concept design and vehicle packaging feasibility studies
* Verification of technical drawings and management of engineering changes (ECR/ECN)
* Creation and analysis of DMU (Digital Mock-Up) models and reports
* Tracking supplier data and ensuring design maturity throughout development phases

Qualifications:

* Experience in electric drive systems (EDS), e-motors, or similar powertrain components
* Strong knowledge of mechanical design (NX) and/or software architecture for embedded systems
* Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., DOORS) and diagnostic software is a plus
* Understanding of system integration, vehicle packaging, and supplier coordination
* Experience with Teamcenter (BOM management, CAD data handling)
* Ability to perform technical analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Experience with ASPICE, DFMEA, and DVP processes is considered an advantage
