What you'll do?
The Key Management System Developer role is responsible for all changes to the code-base based on architectural requests and project-specific customization for company's customize solution for manufacturing plants.
In this role, you will work in an international context, and you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have good collaboration with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve the software. Examples of day to dayactivities:
* Develop and maintain the Key Management System (KMS) solution used in Veoneer's manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance with product cyber security requirements.
* Implement code changes and project-specific customizations based on architectural requests.
* Write clean, efficient code according to specifications.
* Fix and improve existing software, collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
* Support integration of the solution into plant-specific infrastructure and provide necessary elements for on-site teams.
* Assist with the testing process and support clients as needed.
* Document all changes and ensure adherence to Veoneer standards.

What you'll bring
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with minimum 5 years in software development.
* Strong experience with Typescript/JavaScript, Docker (key skill), Git (key skill), GitLab (most important), Shell (bash), Linux, KeyCloak, OpenSSL, OpenPGP, and NGINX.
* Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, software architecture, and unit testing.
* Nice to have: C/C++ experience.
* Collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn and share, assertiveness, proactive attitude, and a drive for innovation.
* Advanced English language skills
