DevOps - Specialist

Objective

* Understand the complexity of developed service and ensure that it will be operable.

Activity

Management
*
Define and set development, test, release, update and support processes for DevOps operation.
*
Setup tools and required infrastructure.
*
Manage external interfaces.

Improvements Performance
*
Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development and constant deployment pipeline.
*
Design, automate and support CI/CD stack, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and logging.
*
Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools.
*
Create application performance monitoring processes to proactively identify issues and scale of cloud environments.

Quality and Security
*
Identify and deploy security measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
*
Ensure incidence management and root cause analysis when needed.
*
Deploy and test new security solutions.

Promotion of Best Practices
*
Evaluate and evangelize forward-looking processes, tools and technologies that help deliver high-quality, secure software faster and more efficiently.
*
Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation.
*
Translate process into practice through the current Information Technology toolsets.
*
Ensure that good practices and knowledge are shared by all (internally and externally to the project).

Stakeholders Management
*
Ensure that stakeholders are knowledgeable about the technologies used and their buy-into the project.
*
Promote communication and social links within the team (with the help of the management).
*
Mentor and guide the team members
