We're looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Sales Representative who excels at driving sales activity, delivering results, and forecasting performance. You'll also be responsible for creating and executing a development plan for the product portfolio you manage to support long-term growth. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel or in-person meetings depending on business needs in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Remotely sells Medtronic's products within an assigned customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
* Identify, develop, and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate.
* Partner with the commercial team to promote education of the company's products and/or services when appropriate
* Actively reach out and communicate with customers on new products, current campaigns to generate new interest, leads and sales (actively identifies new sales opportunities, new customer segments).
* Collaborates with field sales representatives on shared accounts in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including lead qualification, sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up
* Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Previous sales experience strongly preferred
* Local language at native level
* Fluent English both in speaking and writing (spoken/written to communicate with regional MDT community
* Knowledgeable and experienced in CRM systems use and value - preferably SFDC
