Become an integral part of our dynamic R&D department, supporting the team behind Cisco Silicon One - the innovative silicon driving the next generation of internet technology. You'll be joining a group dedicated to developing cutting-edge networking products and contributing to the future of Cisco.

Your Impact

In this role, you will be the face of the company in our Belgrade office, providing essential administrative, logistical, and office support. Your contributions will be key to keeping our office organized and supporting our engineering team as they innovate Cisco Silicon One.
Key Responsibilities:
* Professionally greet and assist visitors and clients.
* Manage office and IT supplies, including ordering.
* Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization.
* Support administrative and other HR related tasks.
* Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
* Plan and coordinate office events.
* Manage relationships with service providers.
Your efforts will help create a smooth-running office, empowering our engineers to build the future of networking.

Minimum Qualifications

* Previous experience in an administrative or office role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
* Experience multitasking and working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience supporting HR or administrative tasks, including coordinating office events and managing vendor relationships.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
* Bachelor's degree
