Job Description & Summary

Your Role:

* Engage in workshops with Clients, demonstrating your ability to probe, assess and identify issues or areas for additional review

* Demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills by processing the gathered information from the Clients

* Summarize conclusions based on unstructured data, research and workshops, suggest solutions, and document them in a clear and logical manner, thus allowing the Clients to adopt them in a seamless fashion

* Take ownership of assigned tasks and be motivated to drive tasks / workstreams to conclusion within deadlines

* Maintain excellent client relationships and develop an initial network of personal contacts based on client engagements

What we are looking for:

* BA Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or similar

* Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in banking/corporate operations gained through a top tier strategic consultancy, technology vendors companies or within some financial institution ie. bank, insurance company, payment provider

* Knowledge or awareness of banking/insurance/payment/corporate trends related to technology and digital transformation

* Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, in both speaking and writing

* Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

* Basic project management skills

* Proactiveness, curiosity, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
