Main Responsibilities:
* Budget management and control, including cost estimation, tracking, reporting, and ensuring alignment with the planned budget;
* Order management and issuance, including coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholders;
* Coordination of vendors and third parties
* System access administration for third parties, including support for onboarding processes and incident resolution;
* Organization small events and conferences, Support for retail operations and marketing activities, including campaign coordination and operational execution;
* Preparation of supporting, procedural, and audit-related documentation and full year inventory ownership;
* Support for internal teams through expertise, analysis, service specifications, and planning of activities in line with expected deliverables;
* Ad hoc operational and project-related tasks based on business needs.

* Combination of strategic, analytical and pragmatic thinking, customer focus
* Experience in 3rd parties / suppliers management- no must
* Agility and skills to act in ambiguity
* Fluent Slovak, advanced English
