E-Commerce Risk and Payments Specialist

By supporting the Risk and Payments area, this role will contribute to the success in giving the customers the best experience regarding payments, providing a safe platform environment ensuring that conversion is optimal to generate revenue.
What is important for the role: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce fraud prevention, payments or risk management. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Criminal Justice, Finance, Payments, or Business Administration. International expertise in online fraud management. Experience with machine learning fraud detection software and payment platforms (e.g., Adyen, Riskified). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerBI. Excellent analytical and organizational skills and high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams. Fluent in Spanish and English. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
